La locanda, come ha recuperato i segni del passato nella sua architettura, si propone anche di recuperare i sapori della tradizione gastronomica del territorio, restituendoli in chiave moderna. English The le Guizze Inn was created from a careful recontruction of an antique farmstead, located in the green nature of the Vicenza countryside offering a recapturing of traditional gastronomical flavours of the territory with a modern flare in the same way it has recaptured the sign of the past in its architecture.
